In September of 1999, a large contract office furniture project is secured while working for Furniture Marketing Group. Assuming the title of Dell Corporate Account Manager, a contract is signed for 30,000 workstations to be purchased and installed over a 3 ½ year term. The contract, worth over 30 million dollars, includes the services of design and installation for campuses located in Austin, Round Rock and Nashville, Tennessee. Over the duration of the contract, additional furniture contracts are secured. In February of 2000, the services contract is secured for all locations including project management, reconfigurations and warehousing.

Special assignments include:

  1. Assisting client in identifying specific needs and then working closely with major manufacturers to design and develop appropriate products addressing those needs.
  2. Off-campus projects in the cities of Toronto, Mexico City, San Jose, Iowa City and Twin Falls.
